Basin Instruction

Choice of location
The base should be placed in an open, non-temperature space protected from the wind and on an old, persistent soil. Maximum distance between Filter and Basin is 6.0 m and the filtration pump shall be 0, 4 m (minimum) below the water surface of the basin.
Preparation of boiler under the pool
The length and width of the boiler shall exceed the basin itself by approximately 0, 75-1 m (all sides of the basin).
The depth of the boiler consists of:
- thicknesses of the sand-grave pillow - 150-200 mm
- thicknesses of the ferrobetone panel under the base of the cup - 200-250 mm
- thicknesses of the cushioning material (geotecstic, heater, film) - 25 mm
- height of the vertical wall of the basin (Fig.2).
It should be borne in mind that the upper edge of the basin may rise above the ground by not more than 300 mm. Where possible, the installation of a basin in high groundwater settings should be avoided. If a pool is to be installed together, there are groundwaters or soil wet and breathing, a specialist in this area should be consulted on possible ways to remove water, seal the ground and other necessary measures.
The maximum permissible level of groundwater is not less than 200 mm until the base belt. If such conditions are not possible, a drainage system is recommended. The bottom of the drain shall be below the concrete plate of the base in which the drain is located throughout the stove. Another option is allowed, with the partial deepening of the basin ' s cup and the posting.
Bethon base
Before the concrete stove is manufactured, the bottom of the boiler shall be equated with a sand gravian pillow (Fig.2). The recommended thickness of the concrete plate 200-250 mm with one or two fixtures (the thickness of the fixture 10-12 mm with a 200-250 mm step). The size of the stove shall be greater than the size of the basin ' s cup (at least 250 mm in all directions). The stove surface shall be horizontal and smooth (maximum deviation from horizontal +3 mm). To this end, the stove shall be subjected to an equating stretch.
If the basin is provided with a bottom plum, the base stove may have a gradient of 1-2 cm from the basin ' s main edge to the plum; in this case, the stove shall be marked at the bottom and the canal under the drain pipe (according to the perpetrator when selecting the polypropylene basin position.
