Generally, Core-building includes the following steps:

Phase 1. Specialist out.

Getting a specialist to the location. A specialist will help harmonize the basic requirements for the basin and its equipment. Choose the material from which it will be made and the location of the equipment. The equipment may be located both in the house, in a place specially assigned to it, and on the street in the technology compartment.

Phase 2. Design and preparation of estimates.

All the elements of the basin shall be calculated and agreed with the client, as even the smallest parts may depend on changes in the structure of the cup and the construction of the whole building. Decisions are made on the location of pipelines, cable tracks, water training equipment and other engineering systems: heating, sewerage, etc. At this stage, documents on water preparation technology, cup design and an explanatory note for the client (see examples of reference documents).

The keyboard service also provides for the harmonization of the economic project, as the volume and design data will help to accurately calculate the cost of works and construction materials, additional and unforeseen costs may be virtually eliminated.

Phase 3. Construction work.

At this stage, the basin is being built directly: boiled, potted, connected, etc.

Phase 4. Catch and launch.

It's already in place, it's still in place to build equipment and start it by checking all elements. Customer equipment service is being instructed.

Prices

The following factors influence the cost of the basin: configuration, size, depth, and all possible additional functions. In addition, the price determines the type of project - individual or standard, quantity and quality of associated equipment and separate materials. Accordingly, the total value in each case is calculated on the basis of the order.
